These terms set out the general rules for using WorthBuy websites, apps, games, downloads, and digital services.

1. Scope
These Terms apply to websites, apps, games, downloads, and related digital services provided by WorthBuy Information Technology Pty Ltd. Additional product, store, platform, or written agreement terms may also apply.
2. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the services, interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the services in violation of applicable law.
3. Accounts
Users are responsible for information supplied during registration, maintaining the security of their account, and activity conducted through it. WorthBuy may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, or legal concerns.
4. Games, apps and pre-release services
Features, content, availability, and technical requirements may change during development. Pre-release builds and playtests may contain errors and should not be treated as final products. Store and platform rules also apply.
5. Purchases and digital content
Purchases may be processed by third-party platforms such as Google Play or Steam. Refunds, billing, and payment processing are subject to the applicable platform terms and consumer laws. Access to digital content may depend on account and entitlement verification.
6. Intellectual property
WorthBuy and its licensors retain their rights in the services, software, artwork, branding, and content. Users receive only the limited rights necessary to use the relevant service. Creator-owned content remains subject to the separate written licence agreed with that creator.
7. Availability and liability
WorthBuy aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Changes
WorthBuy may update these Terms when products, services, technologies, or legal requirements change. The current version and updated date will be published on this page.
